«This property met our needs for a weekend place to stay. The location was convenient as well as aesthetically pleasing. The bed was comfortable and the shower was amazing.»

«Very attentive host. The place could use some improvements.»

«The place was magnificent. Well located, clean, well appointed. Just one word of caution for older people or people with heavy bags: navigating the stairs was challenging.»

«The property was very clean. It fit our needs for our mini vacation. We had six adults and all slept comfortably. Host replied quickly when needed.»

«All was well»

«What an adorable cottage! Cute, cozy and super clean. Kelly was by far the best host we've had! She was very easy to communicate with, quick to respond and very helpful with local tips about beaches and restaurants.»

«Everything was great. The only suggestion is to update the blinds behind the bed to eliminate light.»

«I was really pleased with the excellent communication with host. Property was as described. Great location near all the shops. Equipped with everything needed in the kitchen and bathroom. My favorite is that we had plenty of beds to sleep on with a group of 10 . Family friendly. I would rent again. Thank you!»

«Very spacious, renovation tastefully updated. Other than a couple of the furnishings needing to be upgraded. Love the area, friendly quiet just what my family needed. When we had an issue we were not ignored, we were met with a quick response.Parking can be madness but that’s out of the host control. We were forwarded information to help us with that.»

«It was nice»

«First impressions matter—absolutely no parking near the home for nearly an hour, storm door was broken and would not close, porch light look liked it had been hit by a bat and did not work. Once you get inside expect a narrow and steep flight of stairs to get to the main level of the house. The actual was nicely remodeled, individual room A/C units kept the space comfortable, even in the summer heat. Spaces were clean and basic supplies and amenities were provided. A few things to note:—the ...

«Honestly, I don't know how to write a review that does this stay justice! Sean went above and beyond! His communication was fantastic from start to finish, and he made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. The place itself was immaculate and genuinely beautiful, tucked into such a great neighborhood too.If you're traveling to Brooklyn with a bigger family or little ones in tow, I can't recommend this place enough. Everything was spotless, and it just made the whole trip feel easy. We'd ...

«Host was unreachable upon our arrival at apt. Tried numerous methods to do so while waiting in the rain. Finally contacted VRBO and she responded after that with door code. Apt is extremely small and needs maintenance done throughout. Small AC unit in each bedroom did nothing for cooling the kitchen and living room. Furnishings were bare minimum and should be replaced»

«We had a wonderful stay at this property during out teen leadership trip. The location was convenient for our group, with easy access to public transportation and local restaurants. The home was clean and spacious and easily accommodated our group of 17. Check in and communication with the host were smooth and straightforward throughout the process. This was a meaningful and memorable trip for our young leaders, and having a reliable and comfortable home base made all the difference. Thank you.»

«Canceled with no communication, & blamed me for it.»

«Perfect for my stay and price was attractive as well. Will look for this rental property again when coming back to this area. Home was clean, stocked more than a hotel, and provided several creatures comforts you find in a hotel. Would recommend to others.»

«Was the best place ever! I did not want to leave it was just so beautiful»
