«Entering into the forth night, there was an invader ( a lizard) crawling by the balcony window. My wife screamed. I contacted the hotel staffs regarding the invader. They calmed us down saying that it is normal in Miami. The staff suggested that they will dispatch a pets control to remove the invader. The night we questioned the staff regarding the invader, they all saying the record did not mention anything. They assumed that the invader has been However, the morning we are leaving, the invader ...

«Great place to stay. The bad news is that the location and outside appearance is disarming and makes you fear that you will be very disappointed. However, when the open the door you will be delighted at the cleanliness and good condition everything is in. It is far more spacious that I expected. and an unbelievable bargain. The only place to stay while in north Miami. »

«We had a reservation including breakfast. There is of course a factor for us when we book Hotel with breakfast. At our first day of stay, the Hotel informed us that their restaurant is closed and there is no breakfast serving. We had to go to a cafe near by and buy breakfast for 50$ per day. The Hotel promised us that they will compensate for the breakfast price. We check our bank account later and we saw they even charged us more that the original booking price and no compensation has been ...

«Staff is great»

«This property is a rip off. It is not worth the amount of money they are charging per night. The photos they have posted are not accurate at all. They offer an hourly rate! The people upstairs were have a domestic dispute and the cops were called. Strong smell of marijuana as soon as you open the door. I tried to turn the heater on and it set the smoke detector off. The walls are thin. You can hear what everyone else is doing and all of the traffic on Biscayne Blvd. You will not get a good ...

«Beautiful property in a great location. I was not lacking in restaurants and the beach was two blocks away. The staff were attentive and friendly. I would happily stay here again.»

«We had the best experience with this host! They were incredibly communicative, accommodating, and even allowed us to check in early. The property was spotless, and whenever we needed extra towels or other essentials, they responded promptly. They also went above and beyond by personally checking in throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed to feel comfortable. We absolutely loved our stay and couldn’t have asked for a better host! The location was also fantastic—just a ...
