«Positives: very clean, very nice and helpful staff
Negatives: the food was just ok. We ate at all of the restaurants except for Crystal so I can’t speak to that one. The steakhouse was a hard no. Steak way too overcooked, dry and tough. The ribeyes we got were also pretty thin. We mostly ate at the buffet which was ok. The Japanese restaurant was by far my favorite.
Our room was ok. Super clean. We had a balcony and which was awesome. But there were alot of windows which in turn made our room ...

«Had a great stay at this beautiful family friendly property. Beach is awesome but does have quite a but of seaweed not nearly as bad as other properties. Pools are scattered most of the property but are fun when you get used to it. Kids club and waterpark is great for the kids just no food and beverage allowed. Main pool is kind of disappointing since there is not enough chairs and umbrellas in the area. Service is friendly across the board. Restaurants were a miss for me. Teppanyaki was fun and ...
