«What an experience to stay on a 100-year-old boat! We enjoyed ourselves to the max on the boat with some local wine and charcuterie from Mollie Stone’s. Brian was very helpful to all of our inquiries! We loved every second of our stay!»

The yacht was absolutely gorgeous, marina had everything (pool, hot tub, gym, bar, restaurant, lots of recreational items to use free), neighbors were super friendly, extremely safe location, quiet, 2 kayaks come with yacht, everything you need to cook or relax is provided, Elizabeth the host was fantastic. «It was a great way to experience the bay. The boat was decent but a little outdated and we were advised against cooking and showering. The marina had a fine shower and there was lots of good food in the area. Host was very friendly and quick to respond.»

«Our stay on the DeltaJaz was fantastic! It was unique, quiet, relaxing and had everything we needed for a memorable getaway. We were able to bring our own ski boat along and Sandra was so accommodating in getting the open berth ready for us to dock and parking our trailer. It was so much fun to explore the Delta waterways and Sandra's recommendations for places to visit were perfect. The houseboat had all the amenities we could need! It was clean, comfortable and the sauna was a nice added ...

«These people is out to rip people off. They are illegally renting their junk bost in a marina that doesn't allow them to rent for vacations. Nothing was ready for my me and my family. I had to fill up the water on the boat myself, toilet didn't work. There facility toilet is about a quarter miles away. They only gave us one key so if one person leaves no one else can get out. «The Captain was most gracious. We spent three nights docked in Marina del Rey on a yacht. While on this trip, we also took a short cruise. It was so spectacular. There was a water bus that we took to some shops. Lots of fun. The crew on the yacht were so friendly and attentive to our needs. This was our first time as overnight guests on a yacht. It was a beautiful experience. I highly recommend this type of vacation.»

«This is a wonderful property in a sublime location. Beauty is everywhere—on the water, the great restaurants, the beaches, the city next door..what else could one possibly ask for? And to top it off Kimberly, the owner/host wins my vote for best host ever! Smart, accessible, attentive. This houseboat is her kid and she pampers it with much love. My dog, Stevie, just woofed in agreement.»

«We had a wonderful stay on Vela! The boat was spacious and comfortable for our family of four. We loved watching the boats and wild life in the harbor and had so much fun taking the dinghy out to explore more. The boat had everything we needed to make a few meals. The marina bathrooms were convenient, large, and clean. We would absolutely stay again when we are back to Ventura. »
