The master bedroom features a king-size bed for a restful night's sleep. The second bedroom is fitted with comfortable twin beds, making it an excellent option for children or extra visitors. The open-plan living area includes a contemporary kitchen, a dining space, and a welcoming lounge, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventures.
The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a microwave, dishwasher, and stove, and features a dining area for comfortable meals at home. The living room, with its pull-out bed, offers additional sleeping space and is ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring Cabo. With its cozy furnishings and ample space to relax, you’ll feel right at home. The condo also includes a laundry room with a washer and dryer for your convenience.

Mavila is a brand new community and there might be some construction noise. The construction takes place during the day from Monday to Friday, and Saturday mornings. All of the amenities listed in the community description are finished and the noise does not bother most people who are stay here. Mavila is a non-smoking community and smoking or vaping is not allowed in any of the common areas, including the pool and green areas.
