«From start to finish we had an excellent one-month stay in this beautiful expansive home. The owner was prompt and professional with all of our questions and requests and went out of the way to ensure our comfort. The home itself was immaculately handed over to us, stocked with linens, towels and kitchen materials. «Our stay at this stunning Brooklyn Brownstone was wonderful. The place is decorated with great taste and inspires the soul. The beds were super comfortable, the showers were gorgeous, the kitchen would impress any famous chef. Everything you need is there. «We stayed over Thanksgiving and were pleasantly surprised with a clear view of the parade right from our window—such an unexpected bonus. The apartment is in an ideal location, within walking distance of all the major attractions. The subway is just a block away, and there’s a grocery store about two blocks over. The kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast each morning. Best of all, we woke up every day to a beautiful skyline view of NYC. It truly made the stay memorable.»

«For me it was a good option to stay near NYC without breaking the bank. It is exactly as depicted on this page, 3 bdrm 2 baths and a living room with a nice sized couch, also we found a air mattress in one of the rooms so that's a plus. We had plenty of space for 7 guests. We were only 25 min from the city, Christian did a great job communicating and the check in process was easy. That being said I had an issue with 2 things. Number one when I booked this place, I was very keen on the no smoking ...

"Had a really bad experience at the SPA of 1 Hotel Brooklyn Bridge. Therapist was, in my opinion, not qualified or trained to do a deep tissue massage. Very overpriced and one hour waste of time. Following day, we got notified by pool staff to move after 2 hrs by the sun bed in order to give up our space to other guests. This was the final drop; after a complaint to receptionist we decided to check out and leave the hotel 2 days prior to our planned check-out. No apologies, no sorry for what you experienced. Just the the simple words; do you need help with your bags. This treatment is one you shouldn’t expect from a 5 star hotel. Very poor level of service. In general, it’s also a bit overpriced, in terms of services, F&B. For these reasons, my recommendation; choose another hotel for your NY stay. So many good options in the 5 star category. I will not return to this hotel under any circumstances."

"Vi var en familie på tur og hadde booket to rom med to dobbeltsenger. Det var store rom med god plass. Standarden på rommene var ok, delvis slitt og hadde behov for oppussing. Lokasjonen til hotellet er ganske perfekt, gåavstand til flere metro-stasjoner som gjorde det enkelt å komme seg rundt i byen, men også gåavstand til flere fine områder i downtown brooklyn. Vi hadde dessverre et par situasjoner under oppholdet som gjorde at det ikke ble full klaff. Svigerfar som ble dårlig behandlet av en ansatt når han ønsket å kjøpe frokost og et toalett som ikke fungerte siste natten på ett av rommene. Vi fikk 50 dollar i prisavslag pga toalettet. Ellers vil jeg skryte av et stort treningsrom og ansatte som stort sett ordnet alt av forespørsler vi hadde under oppholdet."
