Let us check in early, which was nice after flying all night. The room we ended up in, had mold in the bathroom, on the ceiling. The shower handle completely broke off on the first use trying to shower. The AC unit was also leaking and the carpet around the area was completely wet. Let staff know, they were slightly apologetic. Ended up moving us rooms, gave some points on my rewards, but not enough to even cover a night or anything. Stayed for 5 days and had to ask for housekeeping. Got skipped over, and even asked the cleaner upstairs, if we could get serviced, she said yes, and still hours later, nothing was done. Went back to the front desk and had to ask again to have the room serviced. After the room was “cleaned” we went upstairs, and all that was done, was the trash emptied, the beds made with the dirty sheets still on, and clean towels were added to the bathroom, but not enough for everybody in the room. Breakfast was okay, very repetitive. If something was out and you asked for more, generally took a while. Also the tables to eat at are not cleaned between uses. We had to “clean” a table ourselves everyday for breakfast.
