House was clean and location was amazing. We enjoyed the mornings in the Bay, waling to Pine Street for food/shopping, traveling to the beaches, and time in the pool. My kids loved the paddle boards and kayaks. It was a great spot.

Very good value that we found last minute. It was the perfect house for the family being on the water in the quieter part of the island. It is perfect for six people. We had fireworks from the neighbors and the beach access is very relaxing.

First Time on Anna Maria

Location was perfect on the quieter side of the island. Beach and pool were great & our teens spent most of their time outside and riding bikes all over the island. Short walk to City Pier. Location made this a great spot for a family/friend vacation.

The beach house is as lovely as it is depicted in the photographs. We rented the beach house in late June when the outside temperatures were in the mid-90s F (feels like temps over 100), but the air conditioning and ceiling fans kept the house cool and bedrooms comfortably cool for sleeping. Most of the day we were outdoors as much of the pool deck is shaded. We all swam, kayaked, and our son-in-law caught sea trout from his kayak in front of the beach house. The grill worked perfectly and it was one of the best seafood dinners ever. The pool was in full sun during the afternoon and as all Florida pools do during the summer, the pool water was in the mid-90s F. The water in Tampa Bay was only slightly cooler. We saw dolphins, manatees, and osprey from the deck, and the view of the Skyway Bridge across the bay from the deck is gorgeous (about 8 miles across the water from the beach house). The beach house was immaculate, well appointed, and very comfortable. It has its own parking spot(s) on site which is essential on Anna Maria. It is not suitable for persons who cannot handle stairs. The views are breathtaking. We have already rebooked to stay again.

Absolutely amazing

We loved the location, being on the bay side of the island is quiet, very private and you still have an amazing view. You look straight ahead to the skyway bridge which is lit up at night. The pelicans, ospreys and herons frequently flew over and we saw dolphins several times. We spent a lot of time around the pool and hot tub. We ate our meals at the bar which is sheltered from the rain and sun. The upstairs living area is small but sufficient for four adults. Beds are comfortable. I recommend renting a golf cart. This is a great way to get to the beach or restaurants. Splurged for a special occasion and I have no regrets on choosing this beautiful property.

Fun Family Time!

Property was awesome all around! I would definitely recommend always wearing shoes with tread on the property. Everyone in my family slipped/fell several times on deck, stairs and underneath the house.

Amazing house on the bay in Anna Maria

This house is incredible. The pictures really don't do it justice. The view of the bay and the Sunshine Skyway is wonderful to wake up to every morning. Outside is an incredible pool and hot tub that we used every day. It also has a bar and TV so we watched our football game from the tub! They have kayaks and paddleboards and these comfortable hammocks as well. Lastly, we played pool on their outdoor pool table. It really has every amenity you can image and is right on the beach. The house is close to the shops and all the restaurants on Anna Maria. We loved it so much we already booked it for the same week next year!!! Thank you.

Great stay

We had an amazing time at the house. It was very nicely decorated and clean. Everything worked fine. The two outdoor decks were huge. Pool deck level was our favorite, we spent a lot of time in the hot tub, lounging in the shade, kids playing in the pool. Views were amazing as well. I would definitely recommend this property. A couple of things to know about the location that I didn’t realize would make a difference: it is on the East side of the island. The good beaches are on the west. The beach was very narrow and sand was mucky, more of an intercoastal type of shoreline. We didn’t spend too much time on the actual beach there, we headed over to the big white sandy beaches on the west side of the island. Also because it’s on the east side it was very windy, west side was way calmer. Not sure if it’s like that year around, our stay was early November. Our only complaint is downstairs room had a very loud and annoying dripping sound from condenser AC line in closet, it was hard to sleep thru, had to wear ear plugs. Other than that it’s a great little beach house.
