Hotel Van Zandt
Lovely rooms, nice and heated pool, delicious drinks and great breakfast. Service was top notch. Fancy and quality all around. But Rainey Street is neither as lively or as historic as it used to be. Hotel is great though.

Homewood Suites by Hilton Austin Downtown
The location is great. Across an alley to great restaurants. I found the housekeeper supervisor rude. I think he was trying to be macho in front of his staff. I still left housekeeping a nice tip.

The hotel is not isolated, and it is very noisy.

ROOST Rainey
This hotel never disappoints. It’s got so many amenities available to the guests as well as bikes you can rent and take through the city. The neighborhood is walkable and has great food. Highly recommend.

Fairfield Inn & Suites Austin Downtown
Other than the room itself. It was good just not wow. Room was excellent sized. But one set of powered recliners didn’t work and the oddest thing. No silver wear. Had pans. Plates and cooking utensils but not one fork, spoon etc. parking is tight so if you drive you’ll want a small to medium vehicle. ...
