The spacious, open-concept living area featuring incredible floor-to-ceiling glass walls that fold open completely to the outside verandas, make the living area indoor-outdoor optional. The entirely renovated interior decor is retro, ala 1969, saluting the iconic year the building was created with original Moroccan Fossil granite flooring (with incredible real sea life fossils), lighted whitewashed wood ceilings and a retro buffet bar.

The comfortable and very unique seating area has a swanky Yin Yang semi circle sofa that converts into a queen sized ROUND bed! Perfect for relaxing, lounging, watching the large screen TV and sitting in front of the fireplace. It is generous enough to provide a cozy sleeping spot. It's so clean and spacious, yet funky and so much fun. Pictures!!

The kitchen Island bar area provides ample space for enjoying a delicious meal or having a drink surrounded by sea views. The formal dining area with oval glass table, wrapped by the sea and mountain, set with china and crystal glasses, provides the perfect setting for a fabulous dinner.

The apartment also features a fully equipped kitchen, complete with high-end appliances, (Neff, Bosch, Miele) a refrigerator with filtered water and icemaker, a huge pantry, an amazing sea view, and well-stocked with all the utensils you need to whip up a feast.

A gorgeous, lighted, green marble coffee bar complete with sink and hot/cold water, provides all the accoutrements for coffee and tea and is a center point accessible from all the living areas without going through the kitchen.

The King bedroom with it's glass wall, veranda, and glass railing, overlooks the spectacular sea and beach. It has a remote-controlled aluminum shade providing privacy and/or darkness when desired. The night view of the beautiful coast is something to behold from this comfy bed. Both bedrooms are beautifully furnished and feature comfortable beds and fresh, high quality Guy Laroche white linens, ensuring a restful sleep. Both rooms have new, clean, large closets. The twin bedroom also has a closeted large capacity washing machine with a drying function.

Step outside onto the spacious surround balcony with all clear glass railings, and take in the stunning views of the Aegean sea and mountains. Plenty of outdoor seating makes it the perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun. There is even an outdoor shower on the veranda to rinse off after the sea, as well as a permanent shaded area and retractable awnings for sun/shade options. An outdoor grill can be provided upon request.

A two person jet jacuzzi bath will soothe and relax you in the large bathroom that also features a Bluetooth speaker in the overhead light fixture so you can listen to music while you bathe or shower in the rain shower.

You are only a 5-minute walk to the area's most stunning sand beach; within minutes walking distance to coffee shops, excellent restaurants, great pizza, amazing gyros, bakeries, ice cream shops, bars and a pool hall! There are grocery stores, pharmacies, and kiosks.

Arrangements for Tennis, Padel, and Beach Volleyball can be made through the local Athletic Club nearby (not member exclusive).

There are 4 open-air cinemas in the village of Saronida, a beautiful village central park with trees, benches and a playground for the kids.

Saronida is one of the villages on the the popular south coast of the Athens region. It's about 30 minutes from the Athens Airport and 45 minutes from Athens. The region is where folks flock to the famous seaside row of fresh fish tavernas. Porto Fish Taverna, a favorite, run by Yanni the fisherman, is less than a ten minute drive up the coast. Past that, a spectacular coastal drive of about 25 minutes is the ancient Temple of Poseidon towering over the Aegean Sea. In the other direction about 45 minutes by car from the apartment, is the glorious Acropolis in the center of Athens. The incredible ancient city of Corinth is about 90 minutes drive and there are spectacular museums and ancient treasures to explore all over the place.
