Palaio Faliro is a polished seafront neighborhood centered on Flisvos Marina, a mooring spot for luxury yachts. Seaside food and drink options include sleek upscale bars, family-run seafood taverna, Italian and Vietnamese restaurants. Flisvos Public Park hosts an outdoor cinema, has an enormous playground, and offers sweeping sunset views from its waterfront promenade. The apartment is located two blocks from the beach, in a residential building and takes up the entire 5th floor.
The space
Large living room and dinning room that opens to a nice outside veranda. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms gives you plenty of space for large numbers of guest. There are two AC units in the apartment, which is enough to completely air condition the entire apartment.
Guest access
Guest are free to use the 3 furnished bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living room, and all the patios, as well as the 1-car parking garage space. Guests are kindly asked not to disturb the storage room or any items that might be in the locked bedroom closets.
Other things to note
During the COVID-19 period, the host is unable to visit the property. There have been irregularities in the WiFi access and the host has been unable to address them.

Greek law now requires us to collect a copy of every guests' passport for tax purposes. We are remote hosts and are unable to collect this information at check-in. We are unable to host if you are unable to provide this information beforehand.
