We love staying secrets resort, at Akumal beach is amazing. Service is above and beyond plus VIP service is excellent. We are definitely returning back to the resort this year again. At the concierge Fernanda went above and beyond for us, exceptionally with the room upgrade. We had the swim out room. We enjoy the beach and the pool.
