We were there in riveria cancun it was okey. Stay was good and well maintained area. I want to add some my views regarding the food options was limited there. Restaurants not open daily. And there is diamond club also some area reserved for them as well it was not mentioned at the time of booking. I m surprised but overall it was okey stay here

The staff were all incredibly kind, sweet, thoughtful, and funny! In a place where I expected to feel like nothing but a tourist, I was treated like family by the entire staff. I’m not a timeshare holder, I don’t make a ton of money and I couldn’t tip nearly as well as I wanted - and yet, everyone treated me as if I was a special guest. The room was beautiful. And my goodness, the PLUNGE POOL!! Absolutely worth the upgrade. The only mishap was on our last night, in the middle of the night, our AC started leaking. We think it was an issue with the room above us, but as we were checking out, it wasn’t something we thought affected our visit. The vendors on the beach are kind! They listen if you don’t want to buy their product (but the man who sells whittled sculptures from fishbone - SO incredible!!), the sea was so very warm, and ALL of the food at the restaurants was absolutely delectable!! El Patio was my favorite, with hands down the best guacamole, flank steak and shrimp tacos I’ve ever eaten. I only wish I had had more pesos with which to tip them. Sign up for the hibachi reservation at Himitsu! You will not be disappointed. 😍 The raccoons, iguanas, lizards and cats were such an adorable bonus. This resort deserves all the accolades. I just wish Mexico was a safer place to visit (and especially to live) - I feel so bad being a tourist while doing nothing to help such a beautiful nation. Thank you for everything ❤️
