Nydelig hotell midt mellom middelalder-sentrum og nordspissen av Sirmione. Deilig badeanlegg og fantastisk god mat, ydeligerom med veranda og utsikt.

Would not recommend the hotel. The location is a bit in the middle of nowhere, so there are no stores or restaurants in walking distance. With this in mind, the hotel does not serve anything in the daytime: the bar does not open until 17:00 and it is not even possible to buy water!!! Insane. You have to pay a lot for lunch (29 euros), and even then you do not get to eat all of it (no pasta or dishes), only bread and some salad. If you want that, then be ready to pay 50 euros. The spa is overcrowded. The staff are strict and not always very friendly (some exceptions of course). The hotel itself is beautiful, so this is so sad. With that said, I truly appreciate the staff member that apologized to me after they strictly told me the day before that my boyfriend would have to leave the lunch premises (although he was a GUEST at the hotel), because only I was eating and had payed. They were afraid that I would give him some of my food…. Two adults at a five star resort.. They let him sit there after I ensured them that I would not share my food with him- which I of course did not. This guy was the nicest person of the hotel, other than that, it’s not the Italian friendliness that we know of and are so fond of. We will not be back.

Fint og moderne hotell innefra, men mindre pen betongfasade utvendig. Forstår godt hvorfor ingen av bildene viste hotellet utenfra. Flotte rom. Flott takterrasse og basseng. Helt ok frokost. Ok, men litt uengasjert betjening. Helt ok hjelpsomme, men vi var kanskje litt bortskjemte med veldig hyggelig betjening på hotellet vi bodde på uken før. Helt ok beliggenhet, med kort vei til gamlebyen Sirmione. Savnet restaurant på hotellet, men kort vei til mange andre.
