They skipped housekeeping for 2 days and we were told they had no people to do the housekeeping. We got no new clean towels or help when complaining.

Clean and quiet room in the Ruby tower. Great to have the gym near, but it’s missing the possibility to wipe down the machines. Location was good and the rideshare pickup is by the main entry so that was nice too. But the extra 200 usd they charge you on the stop is pointless for the lack of service you get.
