«Our first stay at this Rui Palace Facility for 8 days. I was very impressed with the Food, Staff were excellent, Facility services, pool and drinks all no complaints or any suggestions. Had no issue getting into the restaurants at evening time, but we ate around 6:30-7:00. If you went later 8:00 pm or after then people had to wait, but excellent choice for us to stay and relax. Also spoke to other individuals/couples and they agreed!!!»

«Property was older and not well kept in places.
We did not have hot water in our shower and it didn’t drain well. The water leaked onto the bathroom floor - from the shower.
The windows were hard to see out of, due to dirtiness outside.
The pool bathrooms were dirty, smelly, and unkept.
It was hot in most of the restaurants.
The excursions were great. The staff was great! The food was good.»

«Flott hotell med fine suiter. Beliggenheten rett ved veien gjør at man hører trafikkstøy om natten og om morgenen på når man helst vil sove.
