«We had an amazing stay at the Old Wharf Cottage in Windsor. The home is amazing and a wonderful location. We loved having the pool, bbq and area for croquet. It was easy to get around town with our rental car or Uber. The hosts were great and easy to connect with as needed. This was one of the key highlights of our two weeks in the UK. «We had the most wonderful stay over Christmas at this property. The house is very spacious and clean and the kitchen is fully equipped with anything you could need! We enjoyed touring the Eton school grounds, walking the Long Walk at the castle and watching the deer, Christmas Eve at Eton Chapel, and of course the many pubs in the area. We took the train to London for a day but would probably skip that next time and stay local. Highly recommend!»

«There is no parking at the property. It’s pot luck on roads around the property!! I received a parking ticket during my stay having specifically booked because the listing said parking. The beds were really comfortable, but some of the cleanliness and condition of things was questionable. There’s also a really noisy neighbour who blares television through the wall until 12pm. Shame, it had so much potential.»

"If you are going to Windsor, this is THE hotel to YOU have to stay at. We were here for two nights and we were able to walk around the town shopping, we looked at the castle, which is literally just across the road. Cafes, restaurants, clothes shops, pubs, bookstore are within walking distance. The hotel has many beautiful seating areas around the quiet reception. The service is very pleasant and helpful, and we found the whole area to be that way. And the hotel is only 15-20 minutes from Heathrow Airport. We will definitely travel here again!"
