This hotel is so far from 5 stars that we dont even know where to start.. food is mediocre at best, service is slow and english is bad so you have to point on the menus and use sign-language to make the waiters understand your order). Breakfast is below average (food like a 3-4 star hotel, plastic furniture - not leveled tables, slow cleaning of floors and tables), the kids-activity time table that they give on checkin is a total scam (it is non-existant, we showed up with our kids 3 days in a row, and no-one was there). The beach is constantly filled with trash from the sea throughout the day, and no-one picks it up. And our «private villa» is not so private since people walking by can see right into our house and balcony. They do no effort to hide staff/service/equipment areas from the guests, so wherever you go you can see and hear pumps and fans and buckets of towels and trash cans etc etc. We are in Phuket for 9 days before returning to Sweden. We have been at Pullman now for 4 days, but will leave this place a few days early and check into another hotel where hopefully we can get a proper 5 star experience.
