God service. Rask innsjekking ...

«The only thing is the valet parking area could be a lot cleaner and have clear signage where to park. We arrived past 1 AM and it was not clear. The staff was great but they were not there at arrival.»

«Not good»

«This was not a good experience. Unfortunately I had made reservations and had paid in advance for the room. Since the check in.. staff was rude not welcoming at all. Make sure you and your party all have their ID as you will all need to show ID in order for them to stay in the room with you (even if its your spouse.) And you will need a 100 dollar deposit as well. Room was not worth the price at all. AC at coldest was blowing hot air... very old and dirty AC... room was not what it shows in the ...

«A fantastic experience with a very friendly staff. For my family it felt like a home away from home so I could not recommend Hotel Bel Air any higher. Wolfgang Puck restaurant... waited 45 min for our booked table with constant excuses and delays, to be served nothing particularly special at all (our waiter was top though). The price a absolutely not worth it. However, the Hotel made up for that experience too...»

«Sjarmerende og flott hotell. Rommet var fantastisk, der stil var gjennomført til minste detalj. Kan absolutt anbefales!!!»

«The hotel and service was awesome, during our 2 week trip to the US this was by far the best hotel we stayed at. Some other 5 star hotels paled in comparison. The only drawback is that the location isn't great, the distance to LA is quite far but definately a great place to relax. The beach I think was a 20minute drive. Our view wasn't superb as we had some view of the freeway, but we didn't mind. Nothing bad to say about the service, it was great from start to finish, I would definately ...

«Good»

«This location is amazing. Everything was so clean and the staffs were very helpful. I would definitely stay here again!»

«The man who sat in the reception when we arrived in the evening was super friendly, do not remember his name but he was a white man in his 30-40s, almost bald, he had actually seen norwegian movies/tv shows. Anyway, he was above and beyond friendly and helpful, give him a raise.»

«Easy check in in, friendly staff»

«Excellent»

«On check in, there was a sign about extra fees, so I asked the person helping me if I was being charged for it. He assured me that I had already prepayed them through Expedia. But I was charged these fees and no one could tell me why, since I had prepayed. I was supposed to be charged only $12.00. Then suddenly I had to pay a parking fee. The manager refused to help out and told me to file a complaint and dispute. Also, the breakfast was not good. No flavor. Everything was dry.»

«No room amenities like toothbrushes or toothpaste were provided. Parking and breakfast came with additional charges. I wouldn’t suggest staying here—it was a mistake booking this place.»

«Nice service provided by staff, no room clean ups after you go out. Your security deposit will not be refunded. They will make an excuse to keep it.»
