«Very nicely decorated and comfortable home worked great for three co-workers visiting the area for work with adequate privacy and a nice common area. Having a garage to park in was a big plus. The pre-stay contracts felt a bit over the top as compared to other rentals I have stayed in but certainly not a reason to stay somewhere else. I would definitely stay here again.»

«Nicole was a great host. She very responsive, communicative, and easy to work with throughout the booking process. She answered questions quickly and was proactive in making sure we had what we needed ahead of our stay. The check-in process was smooth, and her flexibility and professionalism made planning our group trip much easier. Would definitely book with her again.»

«I come to Phoenix about every 5 weeks. This is my second time renting this property and it will always be high on my list to return. Lance is one of the best property managers I've dealt with. He answers questions quickly, and in a friendly manner, we never felt like we were bothering him. This home is VERY well maintained, upscale amenities/appliances, with good beds and bedding.
