We're Lance and Mariam, we own Camelback Stays and run it ourselves along with Jonathan, who helps look after our guests. We're local and a text or message away the whole stay for anything the house needs. You'll have easy self check-in details sent before arrival. We like to be there when you need us, and out of the way when you don't.

You're minutes from one of the best winter line-ups in the country: Scottsdale Stadium hosts Spring Training right in Old Town, the Waste Management Phoenix Open brings world-class golf to TPC Scottsdale every February, and the Old Town bar district, art walks, and Barrett-Jackson keep the season buzzing.

Closer to home, a market, a gas station, and a neighborhood saloon are all a short walk away, and the heart of the Old Town dining and nightlife district is a quick few minutes by ride.

Whether you're here for the bachelorette, a friends' getaway, or Spring Training, you're in the middle of it all, with a quiet place to land when the night winds down.

The entire home and grounds are yours for your stay, every bedroom and bath, the private Casita, the kitchen and living areas, and the full backyard with the Pool, turf, Cabana, and Fire Pit. No shared spaces, and no neighbors using the amenities. Check-in is contactless, with your door code and arrival details sent before you travel, so you can settle in on your own schedule. Park on site in the private driveway (Garage is not available.) The home is owner-managed; a couple of owner storage areas stay locked, and everything you need is open and ready.

Inside, a big open kitchen is the gathering hub, bright and easy, with the sun-drenched backyard just beyond, made for spilling indoors and out all day long.

The Backyard, a Photo-Ready Playground
The Pool and turf yard are made for photos and lounging, with a Covered Cabana for shade and a Fire Pit for cool desert evenings. Yard games are set up and ready. Pool heating is available at $125 per day.

Whether you're floating all afternoon, posing for the group photo, or gathered at the Fire Pit after dark, this is where the trip happens.

The Casita, a Retreat of Your Own
The signature of the home: a private Casita with its own entrance, a Queen bed, en-suite bath, kitchenette, and sitting sofa. A quiet corner for the guest of honor, a couple, or an early riser, without ever leaving the group behind.

Old Town's dining and nightlife district is a few minutes away by car or rideshare, easy to reach with rideshare and Scottsdale's driverless Waymos for nights out. Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport is about 20 minutes away. Park on site in the private driveway.

Maintenance visits. To keep the home in top shape, our trusted crew (pool care, landscaping, pest control) may stop by during your stay. They stay outside and won't enter the home without your permission.

See Through Pool Fence. The pool now has a see through fence per city ordinances.

Security. Exterior security cameras cover the front (doorbell and driveway), the side yards, and the backyard, including the pool area. There are no cameras inside the home.
