We're Lance and Mariam, we own Camelback Stays and run it ourselves along with Jonathan, who helps look after our guests. We're local and a text or message away the whole stay for anything the house needs. You'll have easy self check-in details sent before arrival. We like to be there when you need us, and out of the way when you don't.

The entire villa and grounds are yours for your stay, every bedroom and bath, the kitchen and living areas, and the full backyard with the Pool, Hot Tub, Cabana, and Outdoor Kitchen. No shared spaces, and no neighbors using the amenities. Check-in is contactless, with your door code and arrival details sent before you travel, so you can settle in on your own schedule. Park on site in the private driveway, the garage is not available for use. The home is owner-managed; a couple of owner storage areas stay locked, and everything you need is open and ready.

Inside feels like a soulful boutique hotel, 12' ceilings flow from the great room through to the kitchen and dining area, with large accordion sliders that tuck fully away to open the entire wall for the best of luxury indoor/outdoor living. A fully soulful styled interior, surround sound system, and tablet that control the sound, pool, hot tub, lighting, bubblers, and water sheer creates a seamless flow between the plush interiors and the sun-drenched outdoors.

The Backyard Playground
Slip into the Pool and linger on the sun-warmed Tanning Baja Shelf, soak in the Hot Tub, or gather under the Cabana where an Outdoor Barbecue Grill & Beverage Fridge makes long, lazy dinners effortless. Relax on the sun loungers + umbrellas for all-day resort style relaxation. There's Outdoor Dining for the whole group, an above pool Fire Pit for vibes on cozy desert evenings, and a life-size Chess set for a little friendly rivalry. Pool heating is available at $125 per day.

Whether you're making your move on the Chess set, drifting on the Baja Shelf, or swapping stories around the Fire Pit, the backyard is built for celebration.

Inside, a Fully Styled Retreat
The interior is design-led throughout, high ceilings, open, spacious, styled by Style Me GHD, and flowing room to room.

- Bedroom 2 — Queen, en-suite bath
- Bedroom 3 — King, plus a sleepable deep couch and a pull-out twin trundle, sharing a bath
- Bedroom 4, Bunk Room — full-over-full bunks plus a pull-out twin trundle (3 beds,) sharing a bath
Two en-suite bedrooms, a King and a Queen; the second King and the Bunk Room share a bath. Plus additional air mattresses for larger groups.

Old Town Scottsdale is about 8 minutes by car, Cactus League Spring Training Baseball stadiums within 10-30 minutes, Camelback Mountain a short drive, and Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport roughly 12 minutes away. Getting around is easy, with many walkable coffee shops and restaurants, plus rideshares and Phoenix's driverless Waymos readily available across the area. Park on site in the private driveway.





Maintenance visits. To keep the villa in top shape, our trusted crew (pool care, landscaping, pest control) may stop by during your stay. They stay outside and won't enter the home without your permission.

Security. Exterior security cameras cover the front (doorbell and driveway), the side yards, and the backyard, including the pool area. There are no cameras inside the home.
