«The owner did not mention that the bathroom was a shared bathroom. The bed was afwully bad. We left after the first night and asked the owner for refunding the other 2 nights. «We were given an unlockable room and the only access to this room was through another bedroom that was in use. This was not safe in our opinion. We had our 2 teenage daughters with us and their beds were mattresses on the floor. There was no hot tub. The bathroom and kitchen facilities were not clean. We did not stay there even after paying over £500 and the hosts were rude to us over WhatsApp messages when we said we wouldn’t be staying there. »

«The location is as good as it gets, tons to do in the area and lots of transportation options to get anywhere in London easily. The house is comfortable and an excellent value, for this size and location you won’t find anything close to this value. We had a maintenance issue while we were staying and the hosts fixed it right away. Very good communication. »
