«41 Manor Pl. is literally the nicest home rental I’ve ever rented. It was very clean and very well appointed. The furniture was lovely and in good repair. The kitchen was modern and well equipped. The house is quiet. The neighborhood was lovely and the people from Joivy were very helpful and friendly. They very kindly had milk and coffee and Scottish treats for us when we arrived.The house is large and very comfortable, and the beds were fantastically comfortable. «Overall the property was good but some things to note.
1. Hot water wasn’t working when we arrived. They had someone over within 2 hours to check it, and did end up fixing it within about 4 hours, it was frustrating after a long travel day.
2. The mattress was not very good and the bedding looked run down.
3. There is a little patio type thing that could be accessed by the bedroom, however the furniture out there looked dirty and it didn’t appear it was cleaned at all ever. Should just remove ...
