«We had such a great stay in Birch Bay! The place was very clean, comfortable, and in a great location, which made it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. It had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway, and we felt right at home. «Did not state when booking that there was a steep stairway to get to the bedrooms. There was hardly any lighting from the street or property to locate it. There were not enough towels for 4 people for a 2 day stay. There was not enough coffee or creamer for a 2 day stay. We killed 5 rather large spiders inside the unit.»

Upon arrival, we found the bathroom had not been thoroughly cleaned (hair in the tub and on the floor). «It was one of the few places I've stayed where the hosts literally thought of everything...cozy blankets for cold days, lots of toys/floats to play in the water, motion activated night lights so you didn't have to stumble around. They could easily coast on the view alone but went above and beyond to make sure their guests were well cared for!»

«Everything was pretty good, great location, parking was great. Loved the natural lighting and patio. My boyfriend enjoyed the ability to wash his truck off after we left the beach each day. Only had one small issue with bed comfort so we left a little early because of that but got in contact with the owners and they said they would address that and were great about that process! Overall would highly recommend this rental!»
