«We really enjoyed our stay at Phinneywood Basement Hideaway. We slept very well. The property was easy to access and the rental was well equipped with kitchen items for cooking at home, and had plenty of bathroom accessories (towels & toilet paper). It was well lit at night and best of all, it was very affordable for our six-day stay. We hope to be back!»

«It was such a cute little place. Communication from Vince was excellent. The room was clean and there were thoughtful little touches like a Brita water pitcher in the mini fridge, earplugs available if needed, and dish soap, etc. If I had one minor complaint it’s that parking is a little difficult at times, but that’s to be expected in the city, so not a deal breaker. I will absolutely be staying again next time we come!»

«Everything was so perfect. Almost everything in Renton is walkable from the house. I walked to one of the parks daily. Everything was so clean and we felt safe at all times. The neighborhood is so cute and I loved walking around and seeing all the different brightly colored houses, we dont have that where we are from! Perfect location, we were an easy driving distnace from Olympic National Park and Mount Rainier National Park. The host were great at communicating with us and helping with any ...
