«For us the property was perfect! It was clean, great view, great location in birch bay, parking is easy, communication was good etc. yes the property is could use updating but this was disclosed in the description and we thought it was fine. Maybe I missed it in the description but pick up some duraflame logs for the fireplace. And if you have kids and want to use the racketball and table tennis facilities in the game room, would be best to bring your own game paddles, balls etc.»

«We had a slumber party for our daughters 10th bday and everything was perfect. It had plenty of table space for all the kids. Extra blankets and pillows. Living room space was nice and comfy, especially when the fireplace was going. I only regret not walking across the road to the beach, im definitely gonna have to come back some other time just for me.»

«We had a wonderful stay at this condo. There is a view of the water and it is close to the beach. There is a walkway along the beach that is very accessible and we walked each day we were there. Even at night and felt very safe. I appreciated that we were able to have our son's dog with us and our grandchildren loved the pool»

«Check in and check out process was smooth and easy. Had no issues. Place was even cuter in person. You are within walking distance to beach and restaurants. I do wish there was a map of the condo complex, this would identify the clubhouse and exactly where the unit is located. We didn’t have any issues with locating the clubhouse or unit but others might. Would 10/10 recommend. »

«The entire condo was very clean and had everything we could possibly need. The bed was very comfortable and there were all kinds of board games in the condo for entertainment. The kitchen had extra things I didn’t expect such as a blender, air fryer, etc. The location was perfect with a beautiful view from the kitchen, living area, and patio. «Overall a great stay. Got in late and the home was a bit hot. Opening the windows for some cross breeze helped cool things off. Kitchen was well appointed and we really just used it as a crash pad to prep for a wedding weekend and to serve as base camp to a visit to Vancouver day trip. A quick visit to the boardwalk was nice and there was a sand castle competition of sorts and some festivities over the weekend. »

«Comfortable space and convenient location. Kitchen had everything we needed to make a great holiday meal while we visited with our son. We took our dog on many walks along the bay trail which is located just across the street from the condo complex. And, there is a great brewery just a couple blocks up the street that is dog friendly!»
