"Literally next door to VMI and Washington & Lee. We had a baseball tournament. 10 minute drive to anything. Place was great! Didn't get to try the breakfast but it looked solid. Coffee was good and the coffee bar was on when we checked in at 4 pm. Beds were good. Room was clean. Rooms were large. ..."

"AMAZING CABIN!! The host goes above and beyond for guests, leaving plenty of clean towels, kitchen supplies, and even some fresh flowers and snacks as a special treat. Beds were very comfortable, the cabin was super secluded, and everything was spotless. I highly recommend this cabin!"

"Our family has stayed at the Alone Mill Schoolhouse for many years during the different seasons. It is a wonderful house in a great location. The owners are very nice and always responsive to questions. Many wonderful memories!"
