«Paid a premium for 2 nights (at over $300+ per night). Check in was at 4 pm, and room wasn’t ready until 5:45 pm. Front desk said they were understaffed. Got to room and it wasn’t clean - bathroom had all sorts of hair and huge crumbs on floor. Toilet barely flushed. Shower curtain was filthy and moldy. Vanity storage shelf had dirt all over. «At first, before I spent any time there, I spoke to a wonderful lady on the phone and she helped me make the room arrangements for my stay. Every other time I called the hotel I spoke with someone I could not understand. He had a very very thick accent. I'm usually pretty good with accents but his was just too thick. «Wonderful home on beautiful grounds. Wonderful cazebo overlooking a creek boardering the rear of the property. Sandra met us shortly after we arrived inviting us in like family with a tour of the house and our room. Breakfast was marvelous with all you could want. »

«The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The pictures representing the hotel however, were misleading. They made the rooms, lobby, pool, and breakfast area appear considerably larger than they were. For a bargain price, I would have been satisfied, however, for the exorbitant price we paid, I expected more.»

«Upon arrival, we noted that the parking lot was empty. We walked into the office and it had a stale, sour smell. Being cautious, we asked to view the room before checking in. The clerk handed us a key card. We went to the room and tried to open the door. No luck. We peered through the window. The room looked dingy and dirty. The bed was poorly made. We returned the card to the clerk. Did not check in, drove another hour to the next town. I will never stay at this motel.»

«This is the second time we've stayed here. We occasionally need to be close to Augusta Valley Health facilities. This will now be our go-to spot for that. It's been newly renovated and was very well done. It's always clean, and staff are very friendly and helpful. (Jamie is especially top notch!) «Terrible check in experience. Front desk staff was confused and overwhelmed by reservation issues with other guests. Check in is at 3pm but room was still not ready at 4pm. Room seems to be missing furniture. Trash in stairwell. In my opinion, property is not well managed and whomever is managing the property is missing the details that would elevate a customer's experience.»
