«We had a two bedroom ocean front room. We loved the room. Very spacious and clean. The property was nice. We tried three restaurants and none of us really enjoyed the food. Pelago for dinner was nice as far as the view but thought the food was not very good. I had the rib eye and did not enjoy it. Jo Jo’s food was sub par but what eas disappointing was the service. «Amazing hotel, kids friendly, clean, staff was amazing and especially Doudeline, she served us at Almond Tree restaurant and by the pool a few days, went up and beyond anything expected, incredible customer service, amazing with our kid, just her alone make us want to come back to this resort. Cannot say enough of her excellent and amazong service, top notch, 12 out of 10 stars because of her! »

«What a beautiful property! Loved everything about it! The amenities were gorgeous and the staff was helpful and friendly. “Mr Happy” at the pool was always glad to see us and ready to get us anything we needed. The beach front property was heaven! «Leadership was great when engaged. I do feel for it being a Ritz property the overall consistency of the client experience can be better prioritized. Check in too way to long and communication was non existent, F&B compared to other resorts in Grace bay was in my opinion below the Ritz standard. Once again leadership very engaged and curious, however how this is trickled down to staff i think there is a-lot of room for improvement. I would rate 8/10 on all facets. Expected a 10!»

«The public areas of the property are aesthetically appealing, featuring a well-maintained swimming pool. Excellent access to the beach with lounge chairs is available. The front desk staff and restaurant personnel are both friendly and accommodating. However, the condition of the rooms is disappointing. The room I occupied lacked soundproofing; noises such as children shouting, footsteps from the upstairs guests, and conversations in the hallway were clearly audible and echoed into the room. ...
