«My wife and I had a fantastic stay at Under the Eaves. There were so many details that they excelled at. The room was spotlessly clean, the decorations were great. The bed was super comfortable with perfect sheets and blankets. They had hand-crafted soaps for the location. There were lots of places to hang out and meet the other guests, like an outdoor firepit, and a group dining area. There was also a hot tub that was so perfect after a long day of hiking. «The staff were very nice and attentive. If you stay here and have an issue and you email them, they will sort it out quickly. The breakfast was healthy, fresh, and tasted quite good. The whole vibe of the place is clean, quiet, small town. Cute farm it sits on. The goats are nice and you can walk right up and pet them. Very clean rooms. Rooms also had numerous little things one might need (hot plate, bbq outside, cutting boards, ect.) Would absolutely stay again. »

«Great, charming old house with loads of personality! With SO much schtuff and numerous nicknacks everywhere, it was surprising that it was as clean as it was; not spotless mind you, but clean enough that we didn’t worry. The breakfast wasn’t bad as it was home cooked. Because there were just a few guests staying at the same time as us, the main food was limited but that was not a surprise. Still, there were other standard options: cereals and bagels, etc. Most importantly, the coffee WAS hot!»

«Esther was fabulous. I likes the ski posters highlighting the father and probably uncles of the owner and their accomplishments. I loved the rooms. The washer/dryer in one frustrated me. I should have googled directions. I appreciated having them available for use. I loved the excellent ingredients used in the food. I liked so many available snacks. I loved the interaction I had with Esther. But for the most part she gave us our privacy and I appreciated that.»

«We very much enjoyed our stay in Kanab! This is a small shared space, but the owners thought of all the details. It has very nice amenities and beautiful views. We enjoyed the swim spa and putting green. Great central point to visit the national parks and Grand Canyon and come back to relax at the end of a long day of exploring! Owners were very kind and helpful but also gave us our privacy. »
