«This is my second time staying here and it did not disappoint! My last time I only stayed overnight, so this time I made sure to stay atleast 2 nights to get the full cabin experience. We stayed in their 6 people cabin which included a full bathroom and had a mini kitchen, which was super convenient for a bigger group (Although, last time we stayed in their 2 people cabin, and using the shared bathroom wasn’t too bad). «This place is really beautifully and peaceful doesn't get any better than this. Small detail is that you to drive about 1 1/2 miles dirt road off the State road and just follow the green arrows but once you get there the beauty starts. The place is impeccable clean it has everything that you to cook, bathrooms have clean towels,shampoos. Thx Collette for everything!!!!! »

«This property was beautiful. Woodside cabin was well taken care of. Two drawbacks, the water heat was not the best and the mattress was thin. Other than that we had a nice stay. »

«My husband and I stayed in this lovely cabin for two nights and we wished we had booked it for more. The mountain view from the back porch was breathtaking. The cabin is perfectly located for access to Pine Valley Recreation Area and other nearby hiking trails. We were thrilled to enjoy our meals with views from the dining room windows of visiting wild turkeys, deer and hummingbirds. The place had plenty of room for the two of us, but could comfortably accommodate more.»

«We loved our stay in Toquerville. It was perfect for 3 couples. We used the house as a base to explore Zion. At the end of the day it was nice to leave the chaos of Springdale/Zion and return to our quiet house to relax and cook dinner. Spacious, well appointed, and comfortable with great hosts that live next door. Given the prices and crowds of staying in Springdale, the 25 min drive to/from the park was no problem at all.»

«We wanted to visit Zion and Bryce Canyon without breaking the bank, and staying here made that possible. Loved that they had a full sized fridge and freezer, a cooler we could take out with us, a rice cooker, a slow cooker, etc. We used the grill everyday so we could save a bit and not have to eat out. They donate extra food to a local food bank if possible or feed it to their chickens (not on site sadly, but the neighbors have sheep!). Some things you may want to pack or buy- foil for veggie ...

«Cute, clean, new cabin surrounded by Zion’s beauty. BUT the beds are rock hard to the point of being unable to sleep and body aches the next day. No utensils in the kitchen. Bath towels are child-sized. No blinds or shades in the bedroom and the outside lights are extremely bright — great safety feature but really bad for sleep. Bedding was in a bag on arrival so you do have to make your own bed(s). We would stay here again but would be better prepared with a memory foam mattress, kitchen ...

«It is not just the clean streams of pure water which traverse PV that hit you with a special 'punch' of delight. It is the place itself, and the special people there. My stay at the Petersen cabin was a cozy, rustic, nostalgic, 'cabin-y,' and an emotionally provoking experience. (Like always for my times in PV). And my hostess, again, as usual, was the best! «Stayed here for 4 nights while we were exploring Zion and Bryce Canyon and it was in the perfect location! Leeds is the perfect small town that is close to Zion! We loved the RV park, it had an amazing area for the dogs, very clean bathrooms, and the camper was a good size for my husband and I! The only reason I gave 4 stars is because the bed was pretty uncomfortable.»
