«The address listed for this property is wrong. This property is located 10 or 15 minutes away from the address listed on the Vrbo page. You need to allow 45 minutes if going to Zion. The property was just like the photos and the pool was great.»

«Clean. Nice.
The key pad to get in was a bit tricky to use at first. But we figured it out.
Didnt know where the key was to the pool. Until I texted the owner and then I finally found it.
Would recommend that the owner give instructions of how to use the key pad
For entry and to tell them where the pool key is (in the counter top in a basket away from the door…. Not on a hook by the door as was stated)
Otherwise all was well with our stay

But for the most part it was tolerable so we never reached out. My only suggestion if you are looking to rent, you should look at all pics and video before you get there. We chose this unit because it was close to other relatives that were staying in an air bnb near by and never looked at the pictures, so when it came time to check in ...

«This cottage was so beautiful, peaceful, and just darling. Everything was perfect. The house was super clean and very modern. The views were amazing. The owners provided just about everything you would need, besides your food. We were so happy we stayed here and would definitely come back! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you so much!»
