«Beautiful home with a great pool to come back to after spending time at the beach which was only five minute walk from the house. Home was gated for security which was nice, tho the area seemed very safe. AC in each bedroom was fantastic— temps got pretty warm during the day otherwise. Would definitely recommend this place!! Communication over several small issues was quick and problems solved.»

«We really enjoyed our time at the villa. It’s spacious, beautifully decorated and in close proximity to the shops and restaurants. Fay is very sweet, accommodating and easy to communicate with. We really appreciated that she had everything we need to spend the day at the beach (umbrella, chairs, cooler, snorkeling gear). We also loved that the pool area was only for our use while there so our daughter enjoyed swimming out there. I would definitely stay there again when visiting Grace bay. I ...

«A spacious and quiet place very near long bay beach (quick 5 or less, minute walk). The grounds and pool were spotless and the kitchen was stocked to allow cooking of meals. The property manager/owner was incredibly responsive and friendly. Any questions that we had either before arrival or during our stay were answered immediately. Sun Sea Sand is definitely an excellent alternative to the busy resorts!»

«The house was perfect. We had 4 couples. Perfect space for all of us. The house was very clean and had a lot of little amenities. You are ON THE beach. BEAUTIFUL sunsets and sunrises.
