«The apartment is very clean and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. Its proximity to Coconut Beach and Smith’s reef, which I personally found more delightful than Grace Beach, adds to its allure. «The inside of the house is beautiful and well appointed. The kitchen is amazing and extremely well stocked. If you like to cook this is the place to stay! The surroundings in the front of the home is very nice with a comfortable porch to have a drink. All toiletries were available in abundance. «Our extended family including 3 young granddaughters stayed here for a week and the time flew by! Each family had their own bedroom and bathroom which was great for privacy, and the pool was beautifully maintained and enjoyed daily! The snorkelers in our group appreciated the beach access to Smith’s Reef, and a son-in-law loved preparing meals on the gas grill. It was a memorable vacation stay, and the views are spectacular! Would highly recommend to anyone traveling with a larger group.»

We didn’t mind this, but just as a heads up, the property owner actually lives on site in a separate lower level apartment, so if having the whole place to yourself is important this is something to be aware of. «The location and proximity to the beach (You can walk to Grace Bay with ease) are simply amazing at this villa! I would highly recommend. Stayed with family for just over a week and we really were sad to depart. Tonnes of room, beautiful gardens and pool, well equipped kitchen, very very clean.
