⚑ Location is almost perfect, direct facing Skytree without any obstacles, opposite to 7-11, 3min walk to shopping area, but it is surrounded by residences and schools, quiet, safe and convenient at night .

⚑ Direct without transfer to: Disney, HND, NRT, Skytree, Tokyo Station, Akihabara, Asakusa, Nippori, Shinjuku, Shibuya, Okubo, Kichijoji, Ghibli Museum.



The Space:

There is no elevator in this apartment and the stairs are a bit steeper. If you have trouble getting up and down the stairs, please check the room on the first floor of this apartment.



There are five shopping centers within a 2-minute walk of Kinshicho Station: PARCO, 0101 Marui Department Store, ARCAKIT, Don Quijote, OLINAS OUTLET, and Termina.



The largest DAISO store in Tokyo, the largest mother and baby store Akachan in Tokyo, large 3C electronics stores YODOBASHI CAMERA and YAMADA, large sporting goods store, 2 MUJI stores, 2 large bookstores, and a big Japanese nostalgic snack shop are all in 6-min walk area.



There are more than four 24-hour supermarkets and a 24-hour convenience store every 100 meters, making travel life more convenient than you can imagine.



Kinshicho is definitely one of the best areas in Tokyo for shopping and eating, and it's no match for Shinjuku and Ikebukuro.



In the room

※ Ａ smart TV in the room can watch Netflix, Disney+, iQiyi, Youtube and other online videos (You need your own account) .

※ Free high-speed WiFi, internet speed up to 100Mb.

※ There are two single beds and two single Japanese-style floor mattresses in the room. All quilts are single quilts, you don't have to worry about the quilts being rolled away at night.

※ There are USB charging plugs in the room, and there are sockets near the table and bedside, no need to worry about the lack of sockets.

※ There is a large Japanese-style table in the room. It is very convenient to eat, use a laptop, read, work occasionally and even organize the good things you bought. No more needing to settle for a small coffee table or side table that doesn't do much.



Room space

- Private room, no need to share any equipment with others.

- Bedroom: 2 single beds and cabinet, with side table and USB charging sockets.

- Living room: A large, useful table for eating, using laptops, reading, and occasionally working to organize your belongings. 2 extra Japanese floor mattresses can be added to sleep up to 2 adults.

- Kitchen: induction stove and the sink, microwave oven, refrigerator, electric kettle, pots and pans. Seasonings are not provided due to food safety concerns.

- Bathroom: Wet and dry completely separated, shower gel shampoo and conditioner are provided in shower, constant temperature heating water supply. The toilet has a vanity, a hair dryer and a washlet.

- Laundry space: Washing machine and drying rack, iron and ironing board are provided in the room.

The Neighborhood:

There is a 7-11 within a 10-second walk and two large 24-hour supermarkets within a 3-minute walk, so you don't have to worry about not being able to buy anything in the middle of the night.

3-minute walk to Don Quixote.

5-minute walk to Tokyo's largest Daiso (100 yen store), and Tokyo's largest mother and baby store.

5-minute walk to UNIQLO, GU, a large bookstore, etc.

8-minute walk to 4 large shopping centers and a large 3C store YODOBASHI CAMERA, LOFT, H&M, and other brands.



There is a paid parking lot right next door to Triphome, 10 seconds walk.



The apartment is right next to a small, modern private temple. Very occasional small ceremonies take place there, which are quiet and peaceful.

Other Things to Note:

👨‍👩‍👧 Guests & Stay

• Children over 2 years old count as adults. No baby beds or high chairs.

• Long stays (28+ nights): utilities are free up to ¥12,000/month; extra usage will be charged.

• If daily consumables run out, please purchase your own replacements.



🛋️ Beds & Linens

• Beds are provided according to the number of guests (e.g., 2 guests = 1 double).

• If guests want to use more beds than the number of guests, there will be an extra bedding fee (e.g., 2 guests using 2 beds = ¥2,000/bed).

• Extra beds (sofa bed or futon) come with bedding, but you need to set them up yourself.

• Each guest receives 1 towel set for the entire stay.

• Extra towels: ¥700 per set (request before arrival).

• Extra sheet & duvet set: ¥2,000 per set.

• Please note the bed configuration of each room; not every room can accommodate extra beds.



🚫 Not Allowed

• No parties, events, pets, smoking (in the room, balcony, property, or street), or unregistered guests.

• No shoes inside.

• No illegal substances.



📏 Respect the Property

• Quiet hours: after 9:00 PM.

• Turn off AC when going out.

• Late check-out will incur extra fees.

• Lost keys: replacement fee ¥29,000.

• Handle furniture with care. No rearranging. Damages must be compensated.

• Wash dishes after use.



🚮 Garbage & Toilet

• Sort garbage properly. If taking out trash, tie bags tightly.

• Large items (e.g., suitcases, strollers) cannot be disposed of in regular trash.

• If you need to throw them away, please contact us in advance. Additional disposal fees will apply. (suitcase=1,500yen stroller=5,000, others contact us)

• Only toilet paper (roll in the toilet) may be flushed. Other items will cause clogs and repair fees 50,000 yen.



⚠️ Emergencies & Legal

• Do not press the emergency button unless it’s a real emergency (false alarm fee: ¥1,500).

• By Japanese law, all foreign guests must provide a passport copy via our online check-in form before arrival.

• For safety, maintenance, or urgent issues, you agree to allow our authorized staff to enter the room when necessary, even during your stay.
