«Room was filled with dust upon arrival. The room was also very small and there was no heating in the bathroom floors. Service desk was not very helpful when asking for two separate comforters. We were told they had no extra and we had to sleep with a double. Upon leaving the hotel overcharged me by 258 pounds. Please beware and check your bank account when you leave! Would recommend you find another hotel.»
