«Very nice property. Our room was clean and comfortable, hot water from the shower, ac, fridge, as well as the tv worked flawlessly and the luggage carts were awesome! Breakfast was workable but not memorable. Nice parking, close to I-65, lots of dining options in the area. The pool was warm, a point taken away for no hot tub! We obviously could have called the desk, but made do with a bar we had in our bag. «The property was not what I have come to know as the Hampton Inn chain. Typically a Hampton meets above average requirements but unfortunately this one was sub par. They put us in the wrong type of rooms even though we had reserved a specific configuration. The customer support was not supportive at all. When I travel in the future I will not be staying at a Hampton Inn. Sadly, a former Hampton Inn guest.»
