«They tell you there are 2 options for parking. A $50/day parking garage attached to the hotel, or a valet parking that is $50/day. They did tell us there is a parking park age near by that is free, but a walk. The parking garage was free and about a 1 minute walk. So much more convenient and free. »

«Rooms a little small, but very clean and comfortable with all you need. Nice staff, and a small but tasty breakfast. Would stay here again.»

«Booked two king beds and was given one king sized bed and a couch. There were bloody boogers smeared on the walls in 5 different spots. Front desk also preferred to help their own staff or answer the phones when I was at the front desk needing assistance.»

«This hotel is in excellent condition. The rooms are very nice and very clean. It is in a good location; right by Cool Springs Mall. The staff was nice and the breakfast was very good!»

«The only problem i had was I wanted to know where a good place to eat was. He handed me a paper with restaurants on it but said him and noone else that worked there ate at them. So he couldn't help me out with that. It was a list of about 25 rest.»

«They did not have an electric car charger. I was told I would have to cancel 72 hours ahead of time. They stuck me in a handicap room and said they could not change it. »

«The only complaint and its a big NO for me is that the shower was not clean. I will be staying again and I hope this time I get a clean shower. The personal is super nice and helpful it was late and i just showered with my shoes because i was really tired to change rooms.»

«This hotel was amazing. It was about a 25 minute drive from downtown Nashville but also super close to other cute and fun towns. Breakfast was great, with a variety of options—not just a few muffins and juice. It was pet friendly and the staff was so kind. »

«Yes. But the outdoor patio was closed for repairs. Had I known this we would have booked elsewhere. No outside seating was available at all.»

«Felt very safe in this hotel. Perfect location not too far from things to do, and quiet as well. There were some stains on the carpet on the second floor hallway and it smelled like dog. The room did not smell bad, was really clean and I appreciated how cool the room got with the ac. Tvs need updated but I don’t mind the older channels. Breakfast was in a small space but really good. Not too many options to pick from but the quality of the food was good.»

«When making reservations I always compare prices. If the hotel site is the least expensive I use it. Otherwise, I prefer Expedia because you accumulate credit AND you are able to cancel up until 24 hours in advance of your stay. Frequently hotels charge extra to reserve a cancellable room. This hotel is very nice BUT they let us know at check-in that they were not happy that we used Expedia to make a reservation. I felt like a child being scolded for doing something bad. It was embarrassing!»
