Come enjoy this one-level villa with a sunny pool to dip in the warm Israeli summer days and a huge private garden. It’ll be your home away from home.



The home is fully equipped for all your vacation needs and wants.

Located in the quiet Kfar Shmaryahu area. 15 min walk from the beach in Herzliya Pituach. 5 min drive to the best beach in the area.



We use luxury linens and towels, and soaps by L'occitane.



With an option for a club member only private beach access.

Main Floor

• Upon entering the house:

• An open kitchen is located immediately at the entrance

• To the right of the kitchen:

• A small MAMAD (safe room)

• Also functions as a laundry room

• Fully protected, shelter-style space



Living Room & Outdoor Area

• A spacious living room

• Opens to the garden through two large sliding glass doors

• Outdoor space includes:

• A large covered swimming pool

• Wide, open garden

• Lawn area

• Barbecue area

• Outdoor dining table

• Lounge / seating area





First Wing – Left Side of the Kitchen

1. Bedroom with a double bed (no en-suite)

2. Bedroom with two single beds (no en-suite)

3. Master bedroom

• Includes a private bathroom



Bathroom:

• One separate shared bathroom for the two non-en-suite bedrooms

Second Wing – Beyond the Living Room (Separate Unit Feel)

• The house is divided into two distinct sections

• Past the living room:

• A hallway / transitional area

• Large walk-in closet / wardrobe room with extensive storage

• Playroom

• Additional shower and toilet



Additional Bedroom:

• A bedroom with:

• One double bed

• One single bed

• One baby crib

• This area functions like a separate unit

• Can be closed off with sliding doors



A garage with an electric gate



Guest Access:

The property includes a secure, reinforced safe room (Mamad) available for use during emergencies.



Other Things to Note:

On Sundays, Tuesdays and Fridays - Municipality garbage clearance



As part of the terms and conditions, a security deposit of 10,000 NIS will be secured by placing a hold (authorization) on your credit card. This hold will only reserve the amount on your credit limit and will not charge or debit your card unless there is damage or a violation of the terms. The deposit hold will be placed upon check-in and not before, even if the booking was made well in advance. If no claims are made, the hold will be released automatically within 7 days from the date it was placed.





To be exempt from the 18% VAT charge, guests are kindly requested to provide a photo of their B2 entry slip prior to check-in.



Cancellation Policy: A 3% handling fee of the total reservation amount (up to 1,500 NIS) applies upon cancellation.
