Building Access: The building is secured with a 24/7 concierge service at the entrance. Feel free to approach the concierge if you need assistance upon arrival.
Apartment Access: The apartment is located on the 3rd floor. You will have smart key access to enter both the building and the apartment.
Parking: A designated parking spot is available for your use.

Other Things to Note:
Israeli Citizens: Please note that VAT is not included in the listed prices and must be paid prior to check-in. Israeli citizens will automatically be charged 17% VAT.
Tourists: According to VAT regulations, tourists with a B/2, B/3, or B/4 visa are exempt from VAT. To confirm your exemption, we will require a photo of your passport and your valid tourist visa.
If this documentation is not provided, a VAT charge of 18% of the total stay will be automatically added.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The pool is closed during winter time from November to June.
