Our home is in a peaceful residential neighborhood and is best suited for guests seeking a relaxing stay. We strictly enforce our Quiet Hours policy from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM—this means no outdoor noise, loud voices, or music during these hours.

If your trip planning involves late-night gatherings, loud parties, or amplified music, our home will not be a good fit. We use neighborhood-friendly noise monitoring devices (which measure volume levels, not conversations) and may terminate the stay without refund if the policy is violated.

We welcome respectful guests who will enjoy the property and treat our neighbors with consideration. If that sounds like you, we’d be delighted to host you.

During the cooler months, the pool is heated to 83 degrees. The spa heats to 102 degrees.

The house, property, and especially the amenities were incredible! As a house full of cooks we were thrilled with the kitchen and screened, outdoor grill area. Lots of pots, sheet pans, serving dishes, cooking utensils and even an extensive amount of prep utensils. The outdoor porch and all the different seating areas where 9 of us fit comfortably made it a perfect place to hang out.

Fantastic Vacation!!

Everything about the home was everything we were all hoping for and more!! Checkin and checkout was super easy and property managers made sure they were only a txt away. Tons of room at this home for me, my wife, and four older kids (20)(18)(16)(14). We were all torn between going out and experiencing everything that Tampa has to offer, or just staying home and enjoying the hot tub, pool, and the rest of the amenities available at this property. My kids all agree that this was the best VRBO experience we've ever had!! Thank you so much to Daniel and the staff at this amazing home!!

Never wanted to leave

Waterside Gardens left nothing undone. They thought of everything. Usually our family uses our VRBO's for sleeping only. This time we cooked at home and stayed in at night just to take advantage of all the fun things this place has to offer. Very highly recommend!

Amazing 40th Birthday Celebration with Family and Friends!

I cannot say enough great things about this property - it has everything you could possibly think of for a kid adult getaway. Tons of activities on the property for kids to keep busy. Lots of areas to relax for the adults. The house was so clean and was fully stocked with cookware, glassware a d kitchen accessories. We LOVED our time and will definitely be back!

Private oasis close to all things Tampa

Wonderful stay for a large group of women attending the Women’s Final Four. Property was spotless and filled with everything you’d need for a great experience-well stocked kitchen for cooking, plenty of linens and plenty of space to congregate or grab some privacy when needed. The pool/spa was a great place to hang out. Daniel and Gabby were responsive to all questions and requests. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful modern property, but Prop Mgmt subpar

We celebrated an early family Thanksgiving for 13. The home is very clean, modern & beautiful. It's fully equipped with everything you'll need for a great & comfortable stay including an amazing screened porch with tons of games & an outside area with a beautiful pool & huge spa! During the stay, we had some disappointing exchanges with the PM that left a bad impression for us. First, the welcome guide said to contact the PM to request pool heat so we did & were told it would be $50/day to heat & it would only be heated to 86F. When we pushed back since it didn't state this anywhere on the listing or in the guide, we were told we didn't check the guide (which we had done) for more information, etc. Later in the exchange the PM realized the pool was already heated to 83F which is included in the stay. The next morning we did receive an apology & they updated the guide & listing with this important detail, but it wasn't the best start to our stay. At check out, we left the scooter that we rented for my mother-in-law under the stairs so it was out of the way so the rental company could pick it up. When the rental company arrived, they couldn't find it, which triggered a lot of calls between our group & PM & worried it was stolen. We finally learned the PM locked it in the garage, but didn't tell us. They also wouldn't open the garage or help to coordinate. The next guests would have to be home to help out. It finally got resolved, but was a huge hassle & extra costs for us.

Amazing house, even better service!

This house speaks for itself, but the experience dealing with Dan was truly first class. I had an issue on my end with part of my payment going through, and Dan worked with me to make sure that our trip was not interrupted. There was a hurricane that hit the area the day before our arrival and Dan and his team worked diligently to get the property in tip-top shape - like the storm had not even happened! In all the properties I've ever stayed in- this was seriously the best service I've had. Thank you!

Waterside Gardens Review

Waterside Gardens was fantastic! We stayed with our family for a short getaway. The property was gorgeous and lots of fun. It was close to downtown Tampa, so very easy to get to any nearby attractions. It is just as advertised in the pictures. Property owner was very responsive and professional. Would definitely stay here again!!

Best run property I've stayed at

There's absolutely no notes on this property or the operations. The management company and owners have clearly thought through the guest experience in every way. The rooms are spacious, clean and ready for your arrival. There are tons of amenities, so many so that we discovered new things along our stay. The pool and hot tubs were in perfect condition and the backyard brings some great sunsets. We had a great time and I'd highly recommend this property, no questions asked.

USYS National Qualifier

We were in Tampa for event at the Sportsplex in Tampa Bay! Everyone loved the house. The first to arrive said it was absolutely stunning and by the time we all arrived we were stunned by the beauty of the view of the river, the beautifully landscaped yard. Every room was gorgeously decorated. The furniture was comfortable and inviting. Everyone slept well in the comfortable beds. You could sit for hours and watch the river, from the deck in fascination of the ducks,morning row teams, to water skiers. Our youngest guests for hours laughed and played games on a screen sunk in the coffee table that had tons of games on it. Our 15 yo boys loved the hot tub and pool, ping pong, and watching sports on the big screen down stairs. Everyone loved the outdoor activities of putting golf etc. They loved the on-site kayaks to explore the river. We also loved the beautiful walks we went on in the parks the bordered the river. We loved making meals in the kitchen. My son said as we were heading to the airport if we ever come to Tampa again can we stay here. It has been my very favorite house to stay in. The host have down an amazing job with this house.
