Michael at the desk was passive aggressive. When i called for shuttle he never mentioned what to look for. We waited over an hour for pick up. When i called he said are you looking for the right van? I said looking for one with Marriott and he said its A1 to which i replied saw that but the driver never opened his door to ask us on the sidewalk either. The worst part was Michael said he needed our credit card for a hold, said it was $x. He charged$5x on a room I prepaid $5x+, said he would fix that but he didnt. The next day at checkout, the worker at the desk told me with Expedia they dont charge a hold and agreed it was no mistake what he did was wrong, also encouraged me to call a general manager because Michael actually was a manager. Sheets were clean. Breakfast was fair. I have a dispute in with my credit card. Shame on you Michael. I was completely respectful with you. I guess you thought it funny to leave us waiting in the cold at the airport and play games with my credit card.
