«Great views. We found everything what was needed in this apartment for our 3 nights stay. We like this property very much and stayed in 3 apartments already but one thing which requires attention is cleaning AC system. It has moldy smell. It is related to another apartment we stayed before. If not this smell I would give 5 rating instead of 4»

«We really enjoyed this community, and this place would have been perfect for a shorter stay. Some of the pics were dark, and I believe it said it was a 1 bedroom. While the king size bed was amazingly comfortable, this was a studio--the couch was right next to the bed. There also wasn't a kitchen--there is a hot plate that is stored in the cabinet and the refrigerator is dorm size.»

«The place was fine. We had to ask for a blanket/ comforter for the pull out sofa because there wasnt any. We did get a blanket. We had to purchase batteries because the ones in the thermostat died and there weren't extras. Very limited glasses, mugs, and kitchen utensils. There were no oven mits/pot holders for oven use. There is not cable/satelitetv. You have to input your own streaming account and password to watch wifi tv. Location was bayside though with a nice view.»

«Alles wirklich top! Zimmer sehr groß und sauber! Betten groß und bequem. Badezimmer ebenfalls sauber und großzügig. Lage ist einfach perfekt. Supermarkt nur mit Auto erreichbar. Jeden Morgen sind Delfine vor der Haustür. Das Restaurant Hooks, was in der „Siedlung“ ist, ist teuer. Daher lieber woanders essen. Waschmaschine sowie Trockner draußen vor der Tür da. Kaffee im Zimmer genug vorhanden. Es sind sogar Badehandtücher vorhanden. Der Aufenthalt hier war ein Traum für uns. 2 Tage waren uns ...

«Great, modern and clean Condo apt. Ernest was very friendly and easy to reach. His apt. was perfect for myself, my husband and our 22 year old daughter. Great area in the channel district that was close to all things we wanted to do.»

«This property was pretty much as advertised. The unit was clean and comfortable. There are separate pool and beach areas on the property, and the tiki hut restaurant by the pool has excellent food. The location is within reasonable driving distance to St. Pete, Clearwater, Dunedin, and Ybor City. We would go back there again.»

«**OWNER TOOK OUR MONEY THEN GHOSTED US!** I emailed owner five days prior to our stay for check in process, no response. On day of arrival, I called number and was told it was not the correct number. Ended up dealing with VRBO for several hours, who stated the unit was not available, ruined our day.»
