The home features four beautifully styled bedrooms—three with queen beds and one with two single beds—making it ideal for families, couples travelling together, or small groups. Inside, you`ll find a light-filled, open-plan living area with soft timber tones, calming textures, and coastal design touches. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances, while the sleek bathrooms and additional amenities ensure a comfortable, hassle-free stay. Fast Wi-Fi and a Smart TV are also included for your convenience.

Step outside and you’re just a short stroll from Bronte Beach, the ocean pool, scenic coastal walks, and the lush greenery of Bronte Park. You will have full access to the house.

While we are away we will have someone to meet you who will be available to you by phone/sms/email (whatever you prefer) for the duration of your stay.

An initial supply of linen, bath towels and toiletries (hand wash and toilet paper as a minimum) will be provided along with a fully equipped kitchen.
• Property is for use of booked guests only and parties, noisy social gatherings are strictly prohibited

• There is to be no behavior / noise that impacts negatively on neighbors and local community

• Courtyard/balcony areas are not to be used in any way that creates noise or other disturbance for neighbours – they should not be used between 10 pm and 8 am

• When absent from the property all windows and doors are to closed and locked to avoid security and water damage issues

• Smoking is prohibited inside (please smoke outside)

• Any breakages/ damage to be reported to us
