Starting with the positives - this property is in a great location, central to the city and a short walk to a Metro station. It is nicely furnished, comfortable and relatively spacious on the inside.Unfortunately, our stay was marred for a number of reasons. We booked for 7 people (and paid an "additional guest fee" when we booked) but we were only provided with enough bedding and towels for 6. When we realised this upon checking in, our host refused to provide additional bedding and towels without us paying a further fee. The host was poor at communicating during our entire stay, often not responding for over 24 hours. As another example, despite us sending several messages to the host on the day of our check in, they also failed to provide check in information until after our check in time (and only after we got in contact with Vrbo/Bookabach support). The property also fell short of what was advertised in terms of the balcony space. The metal roof on the balcony had collapsed in heavy winds prior to our stay, making this space largely unusable. This was not repaired before/during our stay. Lastly, there were also several large living and dead cockroaches on the floor inside.
