«The location in Bondi is really excellent. Apartment is in an old building. No elevator. No AC or central heat, but heaters were available. The apartment was adequately furnished. The plumbing needs a major upgrade. The garage parking was good especially in that area. However smaller cars would be better as the garage is very tight. No view to speak of. Overall a solid no frills unit.»
