«Very happy, room was much better than expected being roomy, very fresh and painted. We had the triple superior room which was great with a king bed for us and the 3rd bed for suitcases. Syaff were all very nice. Would definitely stay here again»

«We had a Great stay. Nice room in the backyard, very clean and comfortable. The hotel is situated in a quiet suburb to Cogee. Great plus is the possibility to do our own laundry, and the kitchenette with coffe and tea. »

«After 40 hours travel and 10 hour time difference it would have been nice when arriving at 7 am with a sign informing me and others who wanted to contact with the reception that it opens at 9 am. Eventually, i was promised a room at 11 am, but that was not the case after all. And then promised an upgrade. But the door was not in order... so i finally got my room, in the backyard where there is a pub at weekends. Too small bedsheet, so the madrass was exposed every night.. good location though»

«Its important to know that this is not a 4-star hotel as communicated in Expedia. Its a small low key place, with mediocre rooms and a very high price compared to what you get. We were placed in room 8 upon arrival, a dark and small room next to the reception. The room smelled of moist and mold, and should be avoided. We managed to change rooms the following day. «Extremely helpful staff, both over the phone and in person. The room was spotless and despite facing the street, was extremely quiet. The roomy balcony was an unexpected bonus. The hotel has a lovely, family-like feeling - more like an apartment building than a hotel. Being opposite the Sydney Childrens' Hospital means it is a great option for parents of ill children. «Travelling with two Golden Retrievers was hassle free at this Hotel. They were welcomed as guests , given treats at the cafe and had their own courtyard off our bedroom. The room was kept clean , with fresh towels every day. We will stay again. It’s so close to everything.»
