Top Floor Luxury Apartment, Private Parking and 18 mins to London

A beautifully designed and quiet two-bedroom top floor apartment is located in a desirable well-connected location of North Kent. It’s just 10 minutes’ walk from Ebbsfleet International train station and a couple minutes from the A2 roundabout with a fast road straight into London.


This brand new refurbed in 2024 Exec. apartment is bright and spacious with superfast 300mbps fibre Wi-Fi and views right across Ebbsfleet Valley.


This home consists of a large open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge with Netflix and a smart TV. Both of the two bedrooms (1 X double and 1x twin bed) are well sized, and the master bedroom has it’s own en-suite bathroom. There is a very large bathroom adjacent to the hallway as well as two laundry cupboards and ample storage space in a larger-than-average hallway.


The apartment is situated on a superior up market residential development containing similar luxury flats and houses, there is a private parking space allocated for the flat with an additional 5-10 visitors parking spaces. The neighbourhood and also has a co-op shop just around the corner as well as a pub/restaurant and hotel. There is also a small park right opposite the building.


Location


This quiet and secluded development is just a 10-minute walk from Ebbsfleet International railway station with frequent high-speed services to central London, reaching London St. Pancras International direct in just 18 minutes. Ebbsfleet International also accommodates Eurostar services to Paris, Brussels, Amsterdam, and many other destinations across Europe.


Swanscombe is a small village located 15 miles Southeast of London. Just 3 minutes by car from the A2, the apartment is very well connected with major motorways linking it to London and beyond.


Bluewater shopping centre is less than 10 minutes away by car (3.5 miles) with a huge range of shops, restaurants and other amenities. Swanscombe village is also just a mile away with two supermarkets, a local pub and a few small restaurants.









The space
Kitchen Area
Fully equipped with brand new appliances and kitchenware, there is an electric oven, a set of gas hobs, a built-in microwave as well as a fridge / freezer, dishwasher and kettle and toaster. There is also a washer dryer for laundry and clothes racks to hang clothes etc and good supply of cleaning items so you can hit the ground running right away.
Dining and Living Area
This space is particularly bright with windows wrapping round 3 of the walls looking out over the lofty Ebbsfleet Valley. The main living space is open plan with the kitchen and living room together. The dining table is also set with capacity to seat four guests.


In the living area sink into the super comfortable sofas arranged around a brand-new smart TV giving access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, ITV Hub and hundreds of different channels.

Main Bathroom
This bright and spacious bathroom has a W/C, a bath/ shower and is equipped with the best soaps sourced locally.

Master Bedroom
A calming and soothing space created with light and natural colours; complete with a brand new double sized bed and a top of the range mattress, this large bedroom has been designed intricately with black out blinds and an its own en-suite bathroom with a toilet and walk in shower. This room benefits from a large double wardrobe with full length mirrors.

Bedroom Two
This bright and uplifiting, large twin room is furnished with two single beds both with premium newly-installed memory foam mattresses (Vesgantti Premium) as well as a freestanding clothes rack and a set of drawers mext to the beds.

Outside
The flat benefits from amazing views across the Valley- it is particularly bright and spacious. It is also right next to a park with children’s area. The station can be reached along a walkway directly from this development to the station entrance.


Parking
The flat has it’s own allocated, free parking space for one car. There is also additional free visitors parking for 5-10 cars.
