«The staff was incredible. From the moment of arrival, we were treated like royalty. Our butler Oscar was incredibly attentive and pool bartender Edwin made us laugh & feel very special. Activities director Ninja always brought the smiles. The poolside grill cook (we didn't get his name) was not only an excellent cook but took care of us in many ways. We had a spectacular vacation and definitely plain on returning!»

«Great place. Good space. Great service. Doesn't fit the concept that they charge additional 5us$ for a broken glass in the ap..but otherwise good. Good food at the hotels restaurant. Transport to the beach for free with their golf-cars, and the pick up were precice:) Nice beach, but your not that welcome when you don't live at one of the resorts with beds and bar there. One place I didn't get to buy water nor food because my 2-year old son came with me!»

«This hotel is very old and tired. The bathrooms were full of black mould and very dirty. We had to ask for towels and toilet paper every day. The staff were nice but that helped little. The area around the hotel is very limited and everyone is hassling you all the time. It was not safe to walk around as a woman after dark. I would not recommend this hotel or the place Cortecito at all. Put some more money in to a hotel and stay safe. Btw the picture of the hotel is a lie. The pool is very ...

«The little pool was ok- location was not in a nice area- garbage filled the gutters and empty lots - The police tried to extort money from me- My room had no toilet seat- no toilet paper - no shower head- no hot water- bugs- and the room was never cleaned in 7 days - bad first impression of the Dominican!»
